DECEMBER HOLIDAYS 2025
We are excited to bake for you this holiday season! Please use the link above to pre-order your pie. Each day has a set amount of inventory so if one day is sold out, we recommend checking another day.
Pick up times are set for about 1.5 hours after we open to allow for us to assist customers who do not have orders. We do not offer earlier pick up times than those available on the order website.
Although we may sell out of a flavor, we will have pie available each day on a first come first serve basis. There are also options if your flavor sells out. Check them out here.
Any changes or cancellations must be made via email by 12pm December 19th info@winstonpies.com

Fast Facts
Do you have pie to sell even if I don’t have a pre-order?
Yes we will have extra pie each day on a first-serve basis. You can come to purchase day-off pies on a first-come, first-serve basis. We cannot guarantee flavors or quantities for service each day, but please know that we are working tirelessly to bake as much as we can.
How do I store my pie?
The flavor description on the box will tell you. If you have a fruit pie, we recommend cracking the lid so it doesn’t get too humid in the box.
Want to freeze your pie?
Key West Lime, Fall Pumpkin - Spray plastic film with olive oil/Pam and cover the top of the pie (prevents the custard from sticking). Wrap entire pie tightly with plastic wrap and place in freezer. The pie is soft, so don't place anything on top of it. When ready to enjoy, unwrap pie. Place in refrigerator. Leftovers? Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 3-4 days.
Cowgirl Chocolate, Southern Pecan - Wrap pie in plastic wrap and place in freezer. When ready to enjoy, unwrap pie. Bring to room temperature. Do not reheat. Leftovers? Keep at room temperature and enjoy within 3-4 days.
Harvest Apple, Mixed Berry Crumble, Carolina Classic Cherry, other Seasonal Fruit Pie Full Size - Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and freeze. The crust is delicate, so don't place anything on top. When ready to enjoy your pie, pre-heat oven 325 degrees. Unwrap pie and place in oven straight from freezer (do not let it thaw). Bake 25 minutes. Let stand for 30 -60 minutes if inside is still cool. Do not overbake as the pie arrives fully baked and overbaking will dry it out. Leftovers? Keep at room temperature and enjoy within 3-4 days.
