Here Are Options If Pre-Orders Closed
If the flavors or reservations time you were looking for has SOLD OUT or you missed the pre-order, there are still a few options to purchase your Winston Pie for your Decemeber Holidays.
We will have extra pie each day on a first-serve basis. you can come Monday and Tuesday to purchase day-off pies on a first-come, first-serve basis. We cannot guarantee flavors or quantities for service each day, but please know that we are working tirelessly to bake as much as we can.
We highly recommend purchasing a Bake At Home Pie anytime between now and the week of December15th. You store it in your freezer and bake it at home using the easy instructions and video. Learn more here.
Another option is you could place a reservation before December 22nd for your pie of choice and freeze it using the instructions below.

Want to freeze your pie?
Key West Lime, Fall Pumpkin, Cranberry Orange Chess - Spray plastic film with olive oil/Pam and cover the top of the pie (prevents the custard from sticking). Wrap entire pie tightly with plastic wrap and place in freezer. The pie is soft, so don't place anything on top of it. When ready to enjoy, unwrap pie. Place in refrigerator. Leftovers? Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 3-4 days.
Cowgirl Chocolate, Southern Pecan - Wrap pie in plastic wrap and place in freezer. When ready to enjoy, unwrap pie. Bring to room temperature. Do not reheat. Leftovers? Keep at room temperature and enjoy within 3-4 days.
Harvest Apple, Mixed Berry Crumble, Carolina Classic Cherry, other Seasonal Fruit Pie in Full Size - Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and freeze. The crust is delicate, so don't place anything on top. When ready to enjoy your pie, pre-heat oven 325 degrees. Unwrap pie and place in oven straight from freezer (do not let it thaw). Bake 25 minutes. Let stand for 30 -60 minutes if inside is still cool. Do not overbake as the pie arrives fully baked and overbaking will dry it out. Leftovers? Keep at room temperature and enjoy within 3-4 days.
