Pre-Orders have closed. But we will have lots of pie available Tuesday through Thursday for first-come, first-serve purchase. Please check the store hours as we have special hours the week of Thanksgiving.

Welcome and Happy Holidays! With gratitude and thanks, we are excited to bake for you.

In addition to pie orders placed in advance, we are baking extra pies each day for same-day, first-come, first-serve basis. Preview our menu below.

We cannot guarantee flavors or quantities for service each day, but please know that we are working tirelessly to bake as much as we can.

In order to maximize efficiency and pie production, we will not be offering PieBites, hand pies, slices, whipped cream, ice cream or coffee on these days.

Please be kind to the staff - we have been working around the clock.

Have a Pre-Order & Here to Pick-Up? Go to LINE 1

Please stand in Line 1 and a staff member will assist in providing you with your pie. We offer bags for order of 2 or more pies.

I have a reservation but did not come at my specified time.

Please wait in Line 1 while we assist those who have current reservation times. We will be with you as soon as we are able to.

I have a reservation but would like to buy additional pies.

Please go to Line 2 and purchase your additional pies. When at the front of the line, let the baristas know that you also have a pre-order to pick up. After you purchase your new pies, the Line 1 barista will assist.

No Reservation But Would Like a Pie? Go to LINE 2

If you do not have a reservation or have a reservation and would like to purchase pies additional pies join Line 2. A staff member will assist you. We are cashless. 5 pie limit per person (regardless of pie size) and we offer bags for order of 2 or more pies.

Harvest Apple Pie™

Handmade by our very own Winston PieSmiths® this delicious Harvest Apple Pie™ is classic in every way. It has hand cut and peeled apples and just the right amount of cinnamon. Our apple pie is lightly sweetened, allowing the natural flavor of the season’s apples to shine through.

Enjoy within 2 days. We do not use preservatives and very little sugar.

Southern Pecan (GF)

A true Southern tradition! Our Southern Pecan Pie™ has pecan throughout each bite. The gooey and nutty filling is paired with a flaky all-butter GF crust.

Mixed Berry Crumble (GFV)

Tangy winter crumble. Made with blackberries and blueberries topped with an oat crumble. (GFV)

Carolina Classic Cherry Pie™

One of our top sellers! Our cherry pie is known around Los Angeles for the dark cherries in our flaky double crust. Our cherry pie isn’t super sweet but it is super delicious! Made with whole dark cherries and named after the Carolina Classic Fair! Contains almond extract.

Fall Pumpkin (Graham Crust)

Thanksgiving and holiday season top-seller! Pumpkin pie lovers of all ages have voted our pumpkin pie their favorite! But don’t take their word for it - give it a try! The warmth of holiday spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and clove is balanced with the pumpkin. Not too sweet, but not too spicy, this pumpkin pie is a great choice. Graham crust.

Chocolate Cowgirl Pie™

This chocolate chess pie is our twist on the Tarheel Pie. It has a rich chocolate filling using responsibly-sourced Ecuadorian chocolate in a salty oat crust. It is topped with a drizzle of handmade fresh caramel. Fudge-like texture with just the right amount of sweetness. If you are a chocohalic, this chocolate pie is for you!
